Bill Clinton Lays the Verbal Smackdown

Really what was this wannabe thinking? You don't step to the prez. He's made fools out of much smarter than Mr. Las Vegas TV guy. Needless to say, Bill Clinton proves, once again, that he's a pit bull in a beagle's clothing.

Michigan Sez: Mitt's the Shit!

Don't call him the comeback kid but Mitt Romney becomes the third Republican in as many events to win a primary/caucus.

Romney proclaimed his triumph as a "victory of optimism". And he spent over $2 million in Michigan to promote such optimism.

Meanwhile John McCain finished second and Mike Huckabee finished what might be considered a disappointing third. Ron Paul finished fourth again ahead of Rudy Guiliani, who continued his push to prove he can run a 50-state election by skipping out of another state.

On the Democratic side it was a dog & pony show as Obama and Edwards took their names off the ballot when Michigan's 158 delegates were yanked by the DNC after the state chose to move its primary over to the January 15 day. Hillary stayed on the ballot and cruised to an easy victory over "uncommitted".

Maher Raises Questions in New Hampshire...

...I am SO happy HBO's Real Time with Bill Maher is back on the air with or without the Hollywood writers.

Already Bill is doing what he does best, stirring the pot and shaking shit up. He questions the legitimacy of the Democratic votes in the New Hampshire Primary.

Huckabee Wants God-Approved Constitution??

Uh oh, I'm afraid some may think he's a wingnut for this zinger:

"[Some of my opponents] do not want to change the Constitution, but I believe it's a lot easier to change the constitution than it would be to change the word of the living God, and that's what we need to do is to amend the Constitution so it's in God's standards rather than try to change God's standards."

One might think he was speaking to evangelicals in South Carolina...nope instead he was in Warren, Michigan.
